How dream work sessions flow.

We begin with a consultation to explore what you hope to gain from Dream Work and to provide a clear understanding of what Dream Work entails. In each session, you can bring a dream that feels significant or one that simply holds interest for you.

We will dive deeper into this dream together, using guided strategies and skills. You will have the opportunity to identify practices for “living the dream forward,” which is our fun way of saying honor and amplify the dream into your waking life.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Dream Work sessions are 50 minutes long, and session frequency depends on your goals and how deeply you want to explore your dream landscape. Some people come weekly to deepen their understanding of what their dreams are bringing to light. Others come monthly or as needed when an impactful dream arises. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels right for you.

  • Dream work is helps us explore ourselves deeper, but it’s not therapy. It’s about becoming conscious of your inner world that reveals itself in your dreams. If you’re in therapy, dream work can beautifully complement (and hold hands with) that process.

  • If you remember a dream, jot it down. We recommend writing down as much (or as little) as you remember. Details like a color, feeling, symbol, or location can be incredibly helpful to the session.  Otherwise, just bring yourself—no pressure to prepare anything perfectly.

  • It can be both/and—or either—depending on your beliefs and how you want to integrate what you explore in your waking life. In dream work we meet you where you are along the path you want to explore. Some people connect with their soul, guides, while others focus on emotional and practical outer life integration.
