Who we are

A human-first Houston therapy practice for the real work of becoming yourself.

A Note from Our Founder (hi!)

Let me be so real with you

I didn’t start Human to the Fullest because the world needed one more therapy practice. I started it because therapy can get a little too good at skills and theory and forget about the part that actually helps to heal us—connection.

And listen, I love a good coping skill. But you don’t need more homework for how to be a better human. You need a safe space where you get to be one. And that’s what we’re building here.

Human-to-human, always :)

What we believe

Collage of women smiling and spending time together outdoors.
You're a full human, with emotions, needs, histories, responsibilities, contradictions and complexity--not just a problem to fix.
Woman riding piggyback on a friend outdoors.
Growth doesn't need to look pretty or productive. Sometimes it looks like f*cking it up, and that's totally fine.
Therapy can be honest, uncomfortable, and deeply meaningful without feeling sterile. Levity belongs here too.
