  • How much do sessions cost?

Each provider has their own fee range based on our equitable fee scale. Across the practice, sessions range from $100-$175, and each provider’s exact range is listed in their bio. Once you know who you want to work with, you’ll choose one rate within that provider’s range.

    See team bios →

To choose your rate, we use the Green Bottle Method. The simplest way to think about it: choose the rate that lets you keep showing up without therapy becoming a financial stressor. If the higher end would make sessions hard to sustain, choose a lower rate. If you can pay the higher end without strain, that helps keep lower-cost care available for someone else. This is based on your real life right now, and if your financial situation changes, your rate can change too.

  • Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly, so sessions are paid out of pocket at the rate you choose within your provider’s fee range. If you have out-of-network benefits, we use Mentaya to help submit claims for reimbursement after your sessions.

That means you do not have to manage the superbill process on your own. We confirm your attendance, Mentaya submits the claim, and your insurance plan determines whether you receive money back. Dream Work with Jennifer is not therapy, so it is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

  • What happens after I reach out?

After you reach out, our team will review your message and help you take the next step, usually scheduling a free discovery call with one of our providers. You do not need to know exactly what to say or have your whole life organized into a neat little summary. “Something feels off and I think I need support” is enough.

On the discovery call, your provider will ask a little about what’s bringing you in, answer your questions, and talk through fit, scheduling, and fees. If it feels aligned, they’ll help you book your first session from there. If someone else would be a better fit, we’ll help point you in the right direction.

  • Can I choose my therapist?

Yes. If you already know who you want to work with, you can request that provider when you reach out. Each bio includes more about their style, availability, and session fee so you can get a feel for who may fit.

If you’re not sure, that’s completely fine. Tell us a little about what you’re looking for, and our team can help connect you with the provider who makes the most sense for your needs, schedule, and what feels financially sustainable. You can also meet our therapists here before reaching out.

  • Do you offer virtual sessions?

Virtual therapy is available for clients located anywhere in Texas, so yes, you can meet with your therapist from home, your office, your parked car, wherever you can have a private conversation.

In-person and walk-and-talk sessions may be available in Houston, depending on the provider and current availability. The most up-to-date details will be listed in each provider’s bio, and you can always tell us what kind of session you’re hoping for when you reach out.

  • How often are sessions?

Most clients start with weekly sessions so there’s enough consistency to build trust, understand what’s going on, and begin doing the work in a way that actually has some traction.

As therapy continues, your rhythm may change. Some clients stay weekly, some move to every other week, and some adjust based on what they need, what they can sustain, and what they’re working on with their therapist. You and your therapist will talk through what makes the most sense for you.

  • Is dream work therapy?

No. Dream Work is its own offering, separate from therapy. Think of it as guided dream exploration: you bring a dream, image, symbol, or recurring theme, and Jennifer helps you slow down with it, notice what stands out, and explore what it may be bringing forward in your life.

Jennifer does not diagnose, treat mental health symptoms, or tell you what your dream means. Her role is more like a guide, witness, and mirror. Dream Work can be deeply meaningful, but it is not a replacement for therapy when clinical support is what you need.
