The Fun Stuff
Jennifer loves to paint, read, and journal. To find a sense of ease, she reminds herself to take deep breaths and spend time in solitude. She also chooses to view life through her grandson’s eyes to maintain a sense of wonder.
Jennifer recently completed a trek to Mt. Everest Base Camp! Her favorite travel destination is The Mountain Hug in Colorado.
Jennifer’s favorite book is “Women Who Run With the Wolves” by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, PhD, and she enjoys the podcasts Soul Boom and Enneagram 2.0.

More than 10 years of experience in using the Enneagram to support individuals, groups, and professional teams. Jennifer has led multiple dream work groups over the past two years, and is also a mentor for the Dreamwork program at the Haden Institute where she companions others in exploring the healing and insight that dreams can offer.
