You don’t need a wild dream life to start here. You might bring in a full dream, one strange symbol, a feeling that stayed with you, or the simple curiosity that maybe something deeper is trying to get your attention. Nature doesn’t waste energy, and I really believe dreams come to us in service of healing and wholeness. Nothing is wasted.

What I won’t do is tell you what your dream means. I’m not here to interpret, translate, or hand you a dictionary of symbols. Only you can know what your dream is asking of you. My role is more like a witness, a mirror, a guide — almost a midwife. Something may be trying to be born through you, and I’m here to help you notice it, honor it, and bring it forward with care.

The human stuff: I believe there is gold in absolutely every human being, and I keep doing my own inner work so I can show up honestly in yours. Outside of this work, I’m being Jenny to my grandbabies, making art, spending time in nature, hosting retreats, or exploring somewhere new. I love being a companion on this sometimes hard, sometimes magical, very human experience.
